Kate has 14 years of experience working alongside C-suite executives, and joined SGA | NarmourWright Design in 2017 after relocating to Pawley's Island from the Charlotte, NC area. She wears many hats and is skilled at multitasking while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Kate's professionalism, friendly demeanor, and superior communication skills enable her to meet company and client needs. Kate loves the beach, fishing with her two sons, and all of the natural beauty of the low country!

Joseph joined the Goggans Residential Architecture team in 2019 shortly after graduating with a Masters of Architecture degree from Clemson University. While he was born and raised in Greenville South Carolina, Joseph quickly grew to love the lowcountry for its rich history, preserved nature, and pronounced culture. He provides the office with high-energy and enthusiasm, along with a passion for design and creativity in a spectrum of fields and styles. In addition to several years of experience in residential design along the coast of South Carolina, he continues to enjoy the opportunities for craft and detail each custom project and client provide.

Jessica Wise joined the SGA / NarmourWright Design team in 2020. A licensed landscape architect, Jessica graduated from Clemson University in 2006 and has over 14+ years of professional experience, specifically in the Horry and Georgetown County areas. Her experience includes managing numerous multi-faceted residential, commercial, private and public development projects from conceptual design to documentation, permitting, and construction. Jessica is passionate about embracing the individuality of each project as it develops, enjoys building relationships and utilizing her talents to enhance the surrounding environment. She has worked on multiple residential projects including Bridgewater, Lively at Grande Dunes, and Harborview. She has worked on multiple commercial projects including Sayebrook and Town Centre at Carolina Bays. Several noteworthy public projects include the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, the Myrtle Beach Grand Park and improvements to oceanfront Plyler Park. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, being active outdoors and exploring new places. Her favorite quote is “the best is yet to come”.

Madden started her passion for residential design from a young age growing up among the rich architectural history of Charleston, SC. After Graduating with a degree in Interior Design from the University of Alabama, she worked her way through the design industry in Denver, Atlanta, and Charleston before joining the Goggans Residential team in Pawley's Island. With 7+ years experience in custom residential on the design and construction side, Madden is well equipped to lead clients through their unique design process creating a beautiful home to be enjoyed far into the future.

Kyle has over 17 years of experience in Residential Design and Retail Store Design, as well as Project Management, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, & Millwork Design. He's committed to building strong and collaborative client relationships throughout the design process. As part of his professional philosophy, he believes residential design can deepen one’s sense of place and provide an environment for lasting memories.
