Smith Residence
The Smith Residence sits atop the highest dune on the Pawleys Island Ocean Front, and is evocative of the classic “Pawleys” style. The house features reclaimed wood and shiplap interiors and stretches a considerable amount of function out of its compressed 4,000 square feet. By building into the roof volume and the creative use of dormers, fun and intimate spaces are created on the upper floor with spectacular ocean views.
