Rossdhu Plantation Residence

Located in Pawleys Island near the Intracoastal Waterway and a large, estuarine marsh system, the Rossdhu Plantation Residence is also located adjacent to the former site of an historic plantation home, which burned many years ago. The site is occupied by massive live oak trees, hundreds of years old, with a freshwater lagoon and pasture beyond, bounding the rear of the property. The first floor includes the public spaces, servant spaces, and guest suite, while the second floor comprises the master suite, a study, and additional bedroom. The third floor is built into the roof volume, and comprises additional bedrooms, and a study/music room.
