Dawson Residence
The Dawson Residence began as a modest Lowcountry home in need of a transformation. The home was expanded, which provided more living and gathering areas and an updated kitchen and dining. The home was also redesigned to allow outdoor living with the Great Room opening to a Summer Kitchen, porch, and a pool beyond. The remaining house was given a considerable renovation in the process as well.
